It’s March, Spring is here, the daffodils are out, I can see colour again :-) Time to shake off the grey. Life feels so much better seeing flowers and blue skies I think! A few good walks in the sun this week have made such a difference to my mood. I ‘should’ have gone to the gym more I suppose to get those all important feel good hormones! But saying I should go to the gym just isn’t motivating , it seems to be THE best, most effective avoidance tactic! In fact, we are more drawn to what we shouldn’t do!!
