Good Morning 🙂

I’m feeling lighter today!  I’ve had a brilliant clear out over the last few weeks.  Started in the office, then the lounge, then the garden!  Chucked out old files, old marketing materials lurking in the back of my cupboard, papers from old projects and magazine articles I’d collected. Then invested in new curtains, a new rug and a new chair for my office and I have so much more space.

It feels so good! Calm, clear and more organised.

Spring is always a good time for a de-clutter.  Make way for what the new season brings.

What does your desk look like and your immediate surroundings?  Does it make you feel calm and inspired to do a good day’s work or slightly stressed just looking at it?  Your environment is so important to how you feel.

One of my clients found that most of her stresses were being caused by a cramped office space to work in.

Over a few weeks, doing a Power Hour of de-cluttering each day, she can now see her yellow walls again! Her office space looks cleaner, brighter and sunnier and she’s enjoying working in there again.

When we de-clutter we are making decisions about the past and making room for new things to come into our lives.  How freeing!
