Hello, I’m back home now after a whirlwind visit to Dubai.  A beautiful city that has been built in the last ten years on the desert sands!  I was fortunate to be able to immerse myself into the culture and diversity of Dubai and enjoyed such warm hospitality and met many lovely women living in a different environment, working to different rules.

There’s so many admin rules there, it made HMRC’s rules look easier to follow!  But it was good to see so many entrepreneurs following their dreams and making their fortunes.

Yet it seems no matter where we live, we all strive for the same thing – a good work life balance. To be less stressed.  To build a good business, to see our families and friends more and to have some time for ourselves.

So I wonder, do you have enough time for ‘you’ or have you started to get stressed again this year?  What time do you finish work?  Are you able to get to the gym regularly?  or take a course or just relax and read a book?

At work, are you working on two many projects at once?stretching yourself too thin?  Are your sales and marketing strategies getting you enough leads and results?

Someone I met there said to me they were only getting 20% of their results from 80% of her efforts.  This definitely needs changing.  She needs better systems.  Proven effective systems.

Sexy systems I call them! Well I realise systems aren’t sexy, but if you have good systems in place, you can get more done and have more time for you. Now that’s sexy!

Notice how you’re working today and in the days ahead.  Do you need to look at how you can organise your time more effectively?   How much time are you spending getting your results?   Do you need some sexy systems in place too?
