Here’s my Top 5 Questions to give yourself a head start for 2016.  They will help you to have more time and money!

1. What sales and marketing activities did you do last year that gave you your best results? Write the activities down where you can see them and work out how often you can repeat them to increase revenue.

2. Who have you connected with that has made a difference? Were they at a networking event? Did you meet them on Twitter? Do you have a coach to help you achieve more?

3. If there was one thing that you feel you should have changed already, or needs to change, what would it be?

Maybe you need to change some habits that aren’t helping you any more. You probably know what they are. Write them down and decide that enough is enough.

4. What can you improve to help you get even better results next year? See where and when you can implement these.

5. What do you really need to stop doing? Maybe you need to free up some of your time, recruit or outsource to someone else so you can get on with the business that you’re great at.

Your answers will really help you to re-focus when you need them.  Keep them handy!
