How do you make your best decisions?

How do you make your best decisions?

In life, and in business, we need to make so many decisions to ensure we are on the right path.  In fact, our life and business success is the outcome from all the decisions we make.

So how do you know if you are making the right decisions for YOU?

I was working with a client last week who had so many decisions to make about her target market, her services, her targets to set.

“What shall I do for the best?” she asked.

Sound familiar?

Before answering just based on facts and figures, it’s also wise to listen to your body, to help you make the right decisions for you.

From working with hundreds of business owners, the times they have made decisions, where really they should have said NO, is the time they ignored their gut feelings.

Usually it’s times that others have tried talking them into something and they’ve felt pressured to give them an answer quickly.

Take your time to decide. It’s ok.

If you’re stuck making up your mind, listen to your body too.

We feel our thinking.

So, go ahead and you ask yourself that burning question, run through in your mind, seeing yourself carrying out the decision, then notice how you feel about it.

Do you feel a wonderful feeling in your heart? Is it an empowering feeling, a happy one that motivates you?

Do you feel it in your head? Is your internal dialogue clear and positive?

Or do you feel a heavy feeling in your stomach?

If it’s a bad feeling in your stomach, that’s usually a time when you need to say NO.

It’s okay to say no.

Feel your decision first.

Don’t ignore your gut feelings. It’s the incredibly brilliant way our bodies are telling us something.  It’s sending us signals, wanting to be heard.

Listen to your feelings and they’ll guide you the right way.

If you are stuck and need some help working out what your decision making strategy is, please Contact Me and we’ll set up a time to talk or meet up. I’d love to hear from you. It could be the most effective call you make this week!

To your success and happiness, make decisions that feel right for you
