Recently, a lady, Honorine, flew in from London for a VIP Day to explore how she could turn her personal journey into a business that truly helps others.
Honorine had spent years navigating extreme health issues being in pain and suffering symptoms from long covid and chronic fatigue, sadly being dismissed by Doctors, and spending so much time having to do her own research to find answers to improve her health.
After a long journey of self-discovery and trying different therapies and treatments, she is now pain-free and passionate about “helping other women avoid the long, lonely road she had to walk to overcome chronic fatigue and chronic pain.”
Her initial idea was to offer support and recommend trusted practitioners. But through our time together in her VIP Day, we unlocked something even bigger, a vision for a Wellness Centre.
Honorine’s Wellness Centre will be a one-stop sanctuary where women can access the treatments, care, and the community they need, all under one roof.
She returned to London feeling energised, with clarity, direction and clear Action Points for the path forward.

What has happened to Honorine since her VIP Day has been incredible!

⭐️Near to where she lives is a flexible office space for Therapists. She had never noticed it before! So she signed up to hire the room to conduct her first session. 👏🏼👏🏼
⭐️ Her Transformation program is written and she is already talking to potential clients and therapists interested in working with her. 🤩
️ ⭐️ Liaising with an expert in funding, she is investigating different avenues to open her Wellness Centre much sooner than she thought! 🙌🏼

I had lunch with Carrie who owns Zephyr Art Gallery in Silves, to celebrate life and business in the Algarve! Her Gallery is doing well and she’s already looking to represent more Artists as she has sold most of the first collections 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
