I hope you’ve had a productive September and that you feel more focused now with your increased sales activity and ways to build your relationships.   Thanks for your positive feedback about my newsletters; Kate sent me an email last Monday “Just a little note to say how great your Monday morning missives are, always put an extra spring in the step!”

With the weather almost like Spring this weekend in London, you may well have forgotten it’s October already!  So a quick note today to remind you to check your figures. Yes we’re already in Quarter 4, just 3 more months to the end of the year. Let’s make them count.

Today, I invite you to take a look at your income you have already achieved so far this year and make a note of where your main successes have come from.

For example has most of your business come from any of these:

client referrals,

repeat business,

networking,

your favourite social media platform,

email marketing,

face to face meetings,

speaking at events,

blogs

Where?

Then with the knowledge of knowing where your successes have come from, plan your business boosting activities with more clarity and confidence for these next 3 months.

You may need to increase some activities to ensure you meet and exceed your annual targets.  So take some time to reflect on what has worked well so far and adjust accordingly.
