It’s not only VOGUE that is extremely busy in September and has a bumper issue!

Business owners LOVE September.  Most of us have had a holiday and are feeling refreshed, the kids are back at school and there is a renewed energy as we head into the last quarter of 2010.  Back to business.  Yey!

Decision makers are at their desks thinking of their targets for the rest of the year and wondering, how are they going to achieve them?   That’s where you can help them, and help you and your business maximise the opportunities that this time of year brings.  Provide your services to help them provide theirs.

First, let’s have a quick think! I invite you to take some time to reflect on what’s worked really well for you this year so far…. and change what’s not!

If you can single out your best two profit making activities, great! You can then work out how to repeat these to maximise your business.

If you can see what’s not working, then I suggest it’s time for a change. Ask yourself, if you could change one thing now to help you achieve your goals for 2010, what would that be?
