Wow, we have nearly got through 3 months of the year.  After a long, wet winter we can now see brighter mornings and summertime is just round the corner.  Wonderful.

Before we write our goals and targets for the next quarter, I encourage you to take another look and see what you have already achieved this year.

Especially if you’ve made changes for the New Year, what differences have they made to you and your business so far this year?

It’s important to acknowledge where you have come. We all get tired if we just have goals and dreams to chase, but you must take note of where you have walked.

I bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

So today I invite you to write down what you have achieved so far this year.  Here’s some questions to get you started…

1.  What project(s) have you started and how far have you got with it?  Is it finished yet, or are you half way there?

Be honest with your account of your progress.  It will help you to gauge when you’ll be able to finish it.  Very helpful if you’re doing something new.

I usually forget just how long something new takes to do sometimes. I’m working on making an online product, and that has raised so many questions that I didn’t know I didn’t know before I started! So I’ve now given myself an extra three months to see it finished.

2.  What was the one thing that you feared before, but you have now done it?  Always a major achievement in my book, doing something that scared you for the first time. It’s huge! Well done, do treat yourself for doing it 🙂

3.  What has been your biggest improvement to the way you work?

4.  What’s your financial status update?   Are you on target, have you beaten your ideal income so far or not?

5.  What offline and online activities have got you more leads?

6.  What have you achieved?

Whether  you think they are main achievements or small things you have done, they all count.  Recognise them.  They are important to you.

Writing an ‘Achievement List’ at the end of the day or week, is a great motivator.   Makes a pleasant change than always looking at a never ending To-Do List.  And please do treat yourself for working so hard. You deserve it!

Have a great day top achiever!

See you soon and do let me know in the comments below if you enjoyed writing your Achievement List and any feedback.
